Consulting, planning and execution of projects for the development and enhancement of clients' IT processes and IT organization
Enterprise Service Management consulting: analysis and further development of service-oriented processes beyond IT — preferably in Finance, or alternatively HR, Facility, Sales, Customer Service
Defining project scope and aligning with IT management (C-level)
Creation of design specifications
Planning and steering the (agile) implementation, including functional coordination of internal and external developers
Establishing and managing communication between IT and business units
Developing and documenting ITSM assessments
Providing subject-matter support in presales
Mentoring and supporting junior staff
Ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction

Experience in ESM process and organizational consulting
Demonstrable knowledge of relevant software solutions (ideally ServiceNow, Atlassian JIRA, BMC Remedy, or Matrix42) (optional)
Experience with SAP
Solid knowledge of common industry frameworks (ITIL, COBIT)
High initiative and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills
Good command of English
Strong customer orientation
Willingness to travel within Germany, Austria and Switzerland
