You develop smart solutions, advise on implementation and ensure AI is integrated smoothly into existing processes.
You accompany our clients on their journey to AI-enabled and data-driven processes and develop solutions that create real value.
You develop AI solutions and integrate software into complex client system landscapes — both on-premises and in the cloud.
You identify opportunities for AI, structure requirements and ensure that business value for the client remains the primary focus.
You prepare and analyze data and integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and processes.
You support clients with adoption, change management and governance and guide them through the successful rollout of new solutions.
You actively contribute internally to the development of consulting concepts, methodologies as well as proofs of concept and pilot projects.

Proven experience with AI and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn
Experience in software development and deployment of software solutions (on-premises, cloud)
Analytical thinking, structured working methods and the ability to successfully manage complex projects
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and understandably — both internally and to clients
Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or Data Science
Enthusiasm for new technologies and the motivation to actively shape AI projects
Excellent German and good English skills
Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
