Lead and manage SAP EWM and SAP TM projects (greenfield, brownfield, rollouts, optimizations)
Define project objectives, milestones, timelines, and budgets
Conduct regular status meetings, risk assessments, and stakeholder management
Analyze and optimize logistics and transportation processes
Create business blueprints, user stories, and technical specifications
Coordinate implementation with internal IT teams and external consultants
Oversee system testing (SIT/UAT), manage cutover activities, and support go-live
Continuously enhance EWM and TM processes and their integration into SAP S/4HANA
Coordinate collaboration between warehousing, transportation management, IT, procurement, sales, and production
Ensure stable end-to-end process integration (EWM–TM–ERP)
Support global template development and rollout initiatives

Degree in business informatics, business administration, engineering, or a comparable field
Several years of experience in managing SAP projects, ideally within SAP EWM and/or SAP TM
Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and supply chain processes
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is an advantage
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, agile frameworks)
Analytical mindset, structured way of working, and strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and moderation skills
Fluency in English; German skills are a plus
