Role Overview
- support month-end close through balance sheet reconciliations and financial reporting
- assist with internal and external audits
- partner with other financial and non-financial departments
- prepare journal entries and ensure timely financial reporting
- review and reconcile general ledger accounts
- analyze financial data and prepare variance analysis
- ensure compliance with GAAP
- support state & local sales tax audits
- assist in preparing income tax templates
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of applicable Accounting experience
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Experience reconciling Balance Sheet accounts using Accrual Based Accounting concepts
