Strategic support for the CSO in day-to-day operations
Preparation and follow-up for sales meetings, executive board appointments and key account meetings
Sales controlling & reporting: preparation of sales KPIs, revenue forecasts and market analyses
Analysis of sales processes, identification of optimization opportunities and driving projects to increase sales performance
Central point of contact between the CSO, executive management, regional managers and key account managers
Creation of target-group-specific sales presentations and materials for the CSO
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in Business Administration (focus on Sales/Marketing) or commercial training in the automotive sector with relevant further training (or comparable qualifications)
Several years of professional experience in sales, sales controlling or as an assistant to company/sales management, ideally in automotive parts distribution or the automotive industry
Industry knowledge and understanding of automotive aftermarket structures (workshop customers, wholesale, parts market)
Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (e.g. D365)
High level of discretion, analytical thinking, strong communication skills and an independent, responsible, structured working style
