Fulfill the merchandising needs through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of products
Construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps
Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager

Be at least 18 years of age
Valid driver's license issued by the state
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated and can work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location Ballwin, MO
