About this role

First point of contact for customers regarding electrical questions about packaging machines
Handling incoming service requests via our ticketing system
Independently performing remote services (fault analysis, parameter checks, software adjustments)
Occasional on-site assignments worldwide
Troubleshooting and technical support for all questions related to machine functionality
Active participation in cross-service projects and close coordination with other departments

Completed vocational training in an electrical discipline (e.g., electrician, mechatronics technician)
Ideally further qualification as a technician or master craftsman (m/f/d)
Very good technical understanding, particularly in electrical engineering and process engineering
Experience with Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal, and Sinamics drive technology
Independent, analytical, and reliable
Willing to learn and open to technical development
Good command of English
Willingness to undertake occasional international travel
Proficient in common MS Office applications
