Mechanical Engineer

Role Overview

• Perform a full range of responsibilities requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out engineering tasks.
• Work collaboratively to determine best techniques/procedures/theories
• Apply statistical analysis and other quality principles and tools.
• Define, plan & promote project work.
• Drive for results and plan cross-functional work with other departments.
• Responsible for technical direction of designers and technicians on specific work assignments.
• Guide and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Analyze product design requirements and recommend solutions.
• Promote Design for Manufacturability philosophy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 0-3 years of professional experience as a Mechanical Engineer
• Understanding of business principles and basic project management
• US citizen and/or permanent resident
• AutoCAD / Inventor experience
