Role Overview
- Identify customer needs to design improvements in the technology environment.
- Assist in implementing customized solutions to meet clients' specific requirements.
- Assist in Microsoft 365 deployment for new clients.
- Manage users and permissions in the Microsoft 365 platform, including enabling audit logs.
- Configure and manage SharePoint, including site creation and permission settings.
- Assist in implementing and managing Teams policies, such as team configuration and usage rules.
- Configure multi-factor authentication (MFA) and self-service password reset for users.
- Implement security policies.
- Configure backup solutions.
- Create and update documentation.
Requirements
- Experience as a Microsoft 365 administrator
- Ability to design and implement improvements in corporate environments
- Skills in configuring security and backup policies
- Good communication, proactivity, and ability to understand and meet client needs
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
- Microsoft certification
