Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years experience in K12 school districts and 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing professional development
9+ years experience in K12 school districts and 2+ years of experience in developing and implementing professional development
Exceptional customer service orientation
Strong documentation skills
Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-workstream programs on time, within budget, and meeting business objectives
Convey technical information and recommendations clearly and concisely
Create engaging presentations
Experience working with State level organizations (Departments of Education or Education agencies), a plus
Familiarity with project management tools like Monday/Jira, a plus
