Role Overview
- Establish, govern, and scale best‑in‑class manufacturing transfers and processes
- Lead cross-functional project teams to develop and transfer surgical products
- Resolve manufacturing and quality-related problems
- Partner with suppliers and internal teams to develop and refine manufacturing processes
- Develop and transfer control plans for manufacturing sites
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of experience or M.S with 7+ years of experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience, PMP certified preferred
- Process expertise applicable to medical device manufacturing
- Design experience relating to manufacturing transfer
- Strong knowledge of GMPs, ISO 13485 Design Control
- Proficient knowledge of Process Excellence / Six Sigma statistical analysis techniques
