Coordinate market conduct exams across business areas and with Legal.
Serve as the main point of contact for state regulators and third‑party auditors.
Ensure accurate, timely collection and delivery of exam materials.
Oversee responses to exam findings and corrective action plans.
Maintain strong documentation of all exam-related work.
Requirements
7+ years in Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, or Market Conduct Exam roles including experience with Health Care Benefits.
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and projects.
Ability to influence decisions across all organizational levels.
Skilled at escalating risks appropriately.
Willingness to travel up to 20% (including plane).
Bachelor’s Degree; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute.
