Senior Implementation Manager – Office of Interoperability

Role Overview

• Lead the deployment of EHR functionality and capabilities
• Partner closely with providers, customers, internal stakeholders, and end users
• Shape business and go‑to‑market strategies
• Collaborate with Business, Clinical, Compliance, DDAT, Legal, and Vendor teams
• Influences change to improve performance results, organization effectiveness, systems, quality and/or services

Requirements

• 7-10 years or more of healthcare experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Program Manager
• Executive presentation skills and knowledge of PowerPoint
• Ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
