Design, execute, and measure A/B tests to evaluate sportsbook features, customer experiences, and operational strategies.
Partner with Operations, Product, and Data Science to translate business goals into analytical frameworks, success metrics, and measurable outcomes.
Analyze customer behavior, betting patterns, and product performance to uncover trends and inform strategic priorities.
Collaborate with the Operations Team to shape and drive the Merchandising roadmap through data-backed insights.
Build automated dashboards and tools that enable stakeholders to monitor performance and identify opportunities in real time.
Deliver clear, compelling analyses, experiment readouts, and presentations that influence cross-functional decision-making.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field; or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years of experience in analytics, preferably within a technology, e-commerce, or digital product environment.
Hands-on experience designing and evaluating A/B tests, with a strong understanding of experimentation principles.
Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience building structured, analysis-ready datasets.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with the ability to create scalable dashboards.
A proven ability to translate large, complex datasets into clear recommendations and communicate insights to cross-functional teams.
