Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence

Role Overview

• Gain a deep understanding of stakeholders to identify business objectives
• Contribute ideas and solutions to complex business problems
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders
• Analyze business problems provided by stakeholders
• Work with BI and Data Engineering teams to design, develop, implement, and manage product solutions
• Complete independent research and determine best possible outcome
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to ensure work prioritization is aligned

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional related experience
• Must have previous RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) experience in healthcare
• Proficient with SQL query and SQL language
• Experience performing quality analysis for 3 or more years
• Experience with data models, data warehouses and/or reporting data stores
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, email, intranet, and internet
• Databricks platform is a plus
• Ability to diagram data flows and process maps
• Previous experience using Power BI, strongly preferred
