Manage and develop other testing & development consultative and professionals
Lead testing strategy and planning meetings
Partner with core testing & development team to enable high level prioritization, assignment, guidance and direction on the analysis, design, implementation and evaluation of testing programs and initiatives
Manage execution to support business priorities and ensure that testing strategies yield business outcomes
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree OR seven years of experience in related field
3 years of management and/or leadership experience in testing environment
Experience developing test plans, test cases, testing outcomes & delivery of testing results
Experience with professional testing models, cycles & market trends
Experience with testing evaluation & execution approaches
Experience building relationships with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, subject matter experts
Strong verbal and presentation skills in a variety of settings and at all levels in the organization
Clear and concise written communication skills
Flexible and adaptable; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment
