Electronic Health Record (EHR) – Epic Template Specialist

Role Overview

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams including physicians and support staff
• Create, support and configure workflows and software
• Lead and manage change to improve patient access and efficiency
• Analyze workflow and suggest solutions
• Facilitate discussions to prioritize enhancements
• Create and maintain documentation on best practices
• Deliver training and education to various audiences
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements

Requirements

• Epic Cadence Certification, or 2 years’ experience in a scheduling capacity or practice manager within an Optimized BSMH department.
• Epic Cadence Certification
• not required at time of hire but will be required within first 90 days of employment.
• Bachelor's Degree, or Combination of post-secondary education and experience in lieu of a degree.
