Analyze data: Monitor key performance metrics and learn to use both quantitative data and qualitative insights to suggest product improvements.
Maintain the product backlog: Help manage the backlog efficiently to increase user activation, engagement, and retention.
Draft product requirements: Work with the team to define clear product requirements that effectively address user problems and pain points.
Requirements
1.5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or related tech roles (e.g., QA, Marketing, Customer Success) with a strong desire to transition into Product.
Solid theoretical foundation in product management best practices, product metrics, and agile methodologies
Proactive learner with a high level of ownership. You don’t wait to be told what to do; you ask questions, propose ideas, and move quickly
Ability to think critically, look at data, and draw logical conclusions to make informed decisions
Strong communication skills and empathy, allowing you to effectively collaborate with the team and talk to users
