About this role

Provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation of linear accelerators and imaging systems
Overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
Check out and approve operational quality of system equipment.
Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
Interprets customers’ needs and assists in and facilitates resolution regardless of whose job the responsibility falls under.
Installs and upgrades equipment, ensuring that customer’s equipment operates properly.
Advise customers on the ordering of spare parts or on service requests such as emergency and contractual services.

High School Diploma or equivalent
2-4 years related experience or Associates or bachelor’s degree in related program preferred
Knowledge of and professional experience with electronic and electro-mechanical engineering
RF Energy producing devices and electronic cooling systems.
Proficient in the use of Test Equipment for verification and calibration of electronic equipment.
Basic networking skills in order to integrate the machine onto the customer server
Customer focused attitude
Articulate and skilled in interpersonal communication
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
