Conceive and implement AI solutions across both customer-facing product features and internal back-office workflows
Design and build LLM-based applications and RAG pipelines
Create AI-driven agents and automations that simplify and accelerate customer workflows across CRMs, ERPs, ticketing platforms, and other core business systems
Embed AI capabilities into existing cloud-native architectures, APIs, and data ecosystems, with a focus on security, resilience, and scalability in production environments
Work hand-in-hand with product, engineering, and leadership teams on the client side to translate technical AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes
Guide clients in shaping and executing their data, AI, and generative AI strategies.
Requirements
4+ years in software engineering, AI, or solutions roles, with hands-on experience shipping production AI/LLM systems
Practical expertise across: LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented generation
Agentic systems, multi-agent orchestration, and complex workflow automation
Vector search technologies and semantic retrieval
Python as a primary language, plus proficiency in at least one of JavaScript/TypeScript/Java/Kotlin
AI platforms and developer tooling such as OpenAI, Azure AI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Pinecone, or Weaviate
Cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS) and delivery practices including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Solid background in SaaS and enterprise software engineering settings.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
