Independently resolving technical customer issues in collaboration with our team

Implementing requirements set by Support and company management

Requirements
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration), IT Technician, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience is desirable
Solid knowledge of networking, Windows/Windows Server installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance
Strong analytical skills
Sense of responsibility, attention to detail, flexibility and reliability
Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach
High degree of initiative, teamwork skills and motivation
