Managing technically demanding national and international large-scale projects
Comprehensive project handling from the initial inquiry through to execution
Identification of technical risks and development of appropriate mitigation measures
Project-specific new developments and custom solutions
Point of contact for technical matters with internal teams and clients
Participation in meetings with clients; acting as the interface between internal and external project stakeholders
Support in test executions in the company workshop as well as at external testing facilities

Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering
Relevant (initial) professional experience
Good knowledge of materials
Innovative mindset, creativity and a proactive working style
Team player with excellent communication skills
Fluent English; knowledge of German is an advantage
Willingness to travel occasionally for business
Experience with monitoring, AutoCAD and FEM is an advantage
