Design and develop engaging learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led training, video and blended experiences using appropriate instructional strategies.
Define clear, measurable learning and performance objectives aligned to organizational goals.
Apply visual design principles, branding standards, and accessibility guidelines across learning products.
Partner with subject matter experts, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate content into effective learning experiences.
Communicate design rationale, progress, and recommendations clearly and professionally.
Contribute to Talent Development standards, templates, and scalable design processes.
Use data and insights to recommend enhancements and optimize future learning solutions that contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Create compelling visuals, graphics, layouts, and multimedia assets that enhance learning clarity, engagement, and accessibility.
Develop storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and visual concepts to communicate design direction.
Build learning products using authoring tools such as Articulate 360 or similar applications.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, Education or a closely related field
2 years of experience designing and developing learning solutions
Proven experience and understanding of instructional design and principles of adult learning
Experience with graphic design technologies
Knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate Rise and Storyline
