You'll play a key role in modernizing our origination ecosystem by building scalable, high-performance platform services that power critical business workflows.
You'll drive results in platform transformation, API development, and system integration, and your work will directly support our growth, operational efficiency, and ability to innovate.
Deliver scalable services and components that successfully replace legacy platform functionality.
Design and implement secure, maintainable APIs and integrations that support internal systems and third-party platforms.
Partner effectively with engineering, data, and product teams while influencing architecture, standards, and delivery practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of professional software engineering experience
5+ years building scalable backend services and APIs using Python
Proven experience contributing to or leading platform modernization or migration initiatives
Experience working in cloud-native environments (preferably Azure)
Experience designing and operating production-grade REST APIs
Background in regulated industries such as FinTech, Banking, or Healthcare is a plus
