Role Overview
- Develop and implement a social media strategy
- Create content (images, videos, Reels, Stories, posts)
- Assist in creating paid ads campaigns
- Community management & interaction with our target audience
- Build and maintain partnerships with other brands & influencers
- Analyze performance & optimize our content
Requirements
- Passion for social media & creative ideas
- Self-initiative & hands-on mentality
- Some experience with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) is an advantage
- Motivation to help build a start-up from the ground up
- Flexibility & willingness to take on responsibility
- Available at least 10 hours per week
- On-site availability in Berlin is a plus
