Senior Marketing Manager – Growth, Performance, Non-Paid

Role Overview

• Responsible for managing our channels and user acquisition
• Planning and optimizing our performance and growth initiatives (Paid Social, Search, ASO)
• Designing and automating customer journeys (Email, Push, In-App)
• Monitoring the tracking setup and analyzing funnel metrics
• Using A/B tests to make data-driven decisions on budgets and strategies
• Close collaboration with Product Development, Business Intelligence, CRM and care specialists

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Online Marketing, App Growth or CRM
• Proven success in Performance Marketing as well as Lifecycle/CRM (Activation & Retention)
• Strong understanding of funnel metrics and growth KPIs (e.g., CAC, CPA, Activation Rate, Retention, LTV, ROAS)
• Experience with marketing automation, customer segmentation and A/B testing
• Excellent analytical skills, accurate data interpretation and translating findings into informed decisions
• Clear communication, strong ownership mindset, and a structured approach to work and prioritization
