Act as a point of contact for customers during the project execution phase, under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in reviewing design drawings and BOQ, and help explain project scope to customers.
Support in receiving and verifying materials from the warehouse as per order/BOQ.
Coordinate daily with internal teams (Design, Production, Logistics, Installation) to ensure smooth workflow.
Share regular updates/progress reports with customers and internal stakeholders.
Work closely with installation teams to ensure work is carried out as per design and quality standards.
Assist in tracking project timelines and ensure timely execution of activities.
Address basic customer queries and escalate issues to senior team members when required.
Maintain proper documentation and follow-up on pending tasks.
Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards at the site.

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Interior Design, or Civil Engineering
1–3 years of experience in interiors, construction, or project coordination (freshers with strong interest can also be considered)
Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
Understanding of basic project coordination / scheduling concepts
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.

Exposure to interior design projects (kitchen, wardrobe, modular furniture, fit-outs, etc.)
Basic understanding of site execution processes.
