As a member of the pharmacy field sales team (m/f/d), you are on the front line presenting the betapharm brand
You provide competent advice and support to selected pharmacies in your territory and independently drive the active sale of prescription (Rx) and over-the-counter (OTC) products
You develop partnership-based customer relationships and acquire new customers
As a sales talent, you strengthen the positioning of our leading OTC products and successfully introduce new products
You monitor and analyze market and competitor developments in your region and adapt your sales strategy flexibly
To deepen customer relationships and increase your success, you make skilled use of our diverse service offerings (e.g., betaCare)
Requirements
You have sales experience and can demonstrate consistent sales success, ideally with generics or OTC products
You easily build strong relationships with pharmacists and enjoy achieving sales success at a high level
You enjoy communicating with a variety of customers and conducting contract negotiations on a daily basis
You work in a results-oriented manner, focus on your customers’ potential, and set ambitious targets
