About this role
Role Overview
Plan and perform assigned engineering tasks within SQDC framework
Collaborate with leaders to identify and set goals for each rotation
Complete technical training with mentorship from technical leaders
Demonstrate understanding of engineering fundamentals to solve real-world problems
Identify and share best practices regarding analyses, techniques, and methodologies
Incorporate LEAN principles into standard work
Requirements
US Citizenship required
Graduation date between December 2025 and July 2027
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent
Basic understanding of engineering and/or manufacturing fundamentals
Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in engineering or manufacturing
Excellent communication skills
