Lead, manage, and support a team of scheduling associates to ensure high performance and efficiency
Oversee daily scheduling operations, ensuring accurate and timely coordination between clinical teams and caregivers
Coordinate key workflows including SOC (Start of Care), recertifications, and ongoing scheduling needs
Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance and maintain quality standards
Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance scheduling efficiency and accuracy
Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor team performance, KPIs, and scheduling outcomes to drive operational excellence
Requirements
5+ years of experience in healthcare
2+ years of leadership experience in healthcare scheduling
Strong experience managing or leading teams in an operations or scheduling environment
Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel
Background in healthcare, BPO, or technology-driven operations
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
Comfortable with:

Cross-functional collaboration
Written communication (email, documentation)
Nice-to-have:
Experience working with EMR/EHR systems
Clinical background or exposure to healthcare delivery environments
Prior experience in healthcare operations is a strong advantage
