About this role
Role Overview
- Lead advanced analytics, reporting, and data visualization initiatives for Global Sales and Operations teams
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit, challenge, and refine reporting requirements
- Translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical frameworks and data models
- Act as a trusted advisor, recommending optimal reporting and visualization approaches
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and reports
- Leverage Microsoft Fabric ecosystem to build scalable analytics solutions
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for large-scale data environments
- Develop analytics best practices, governance, and documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years in analytics, reporting, or business intelligence roles with multifunctional business partners
- Expert-level experience in Power BI (DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling)
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric
- 5+ years advanced SQL experience (Snowflake, OneLake or cloud platforms preferred)
- Proven experience in end-to-end dashboard/report development and stakeholder management
- Experience with large, complex datasets
