Requirements
3-4 years of experience in external auditing and financial reporting, ideally with a Big 4 firm.
Experience as an offshore auditor handling small to mid-sized engagements from initiation to completion.
CA or CPA-equivalent qualification (preferred).
Strong knowledge of the application of International Accounting Standards (IAS) / International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA) or their Australian equivalents (AASB and AUASB).
Experience with CaseWare and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to participate effectively in virtual meetings (MS Teams).
Experience managing smaller engagements, including job budgets and timelines.
Experience supervising, supporting, and mentoring junior staff.
Passionate about process improvement and contributing to audit methodology development.
High level of professionalism, initiative, and accountability in delivering results.
