About this role
Role Overview
You will design and develop backend components that form the backbone of their digital products, using Java and Spring Boot as your primary toolkit.
You will implement and maintain well‑structured RESTful APIs, following best practices in API design to ensure reliability, clarity, and long-term maintainability.
You will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, from ideation and implementation to testing and deployment, taking ownership of clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Working closely with our frontend, DevOps, and QA teams, you will help ensure seamless integration across their systems and contribute to delivering a smooth, high-quality user experience.
You will participate in code reviews, share ideas, and help them evolve their engineering practices.
Requirements
You bring at least 5 years of experience in backend development and a solid academic foundation with a degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field.
You feel confident working with Java, Spring Boot, and modern API design principles, and you are eager to grow your expertise even further.
You distinguish yourself through strong problem‑solving abilities, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset paired with a high level of quality awareness.
You are comfortable working independently as well as in cross‑functional teams.
Nice to have: Previous experience with technologies like Docker, AWS, SQL or NoSQL databases, Domain‑Driven Design, CI/CD pipelines, Python, microservices, or even AI/ML integration even AI/ML integration.
