Collaborates with Operations Delivery Lead to deliver operational items.
Understands and communicates client business issues, operating business rules, data, and standard operating procedures.
Executes and suggests improvements to pre-defined operational processes.
Analyzes structured claims and patient datasets such as DRG, IQVIA, McKesson, Symphony claims.
Builds and optimizes SQL queries, pipelines; uses Excel and Python for automation and analysis.
Implements process improvements in operational processes identifies opportunities working with team.
Remains current on new tools, techniques and working models to improve/enhance process.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electronics/Communication, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
3+ years of experience using data mining languages/tools like SQL (for analysts). Exposure to stored procedures is a plus. Detail orientation, quality consciousness and operational mindset are key qualities expected.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel w/VBA, PowerPoint.
Prior Experience with structured datasets: DRG, Symphony, IQVIA, McKesson.
Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting or Analytics Consulting with broad based experience in, managed care, and/or analytics will be an advantage.
Experience having worked with people in different time-zones.
Experience leading the delivery of analytic results to the client (internal or external)
