Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
Collaborate with product managers, customer teams, and global engineering teams
Leverage AI tools to convert requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and high-level designs
Develop workflow, sequence, and architecture documentation with AI assistance
Create AI-generated code scaffolding for backend and frontend components
Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate complex solutions
Guide development and deployment teams on architectural decisions and design patterns
Provide technical leadership in cloud-native application design and modernization
Mentor teams on using AI for design, deployment, best practices, documentation, and coding

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science with 12+ years in system architecture and cloud-native application development
Experience using AI tools for design, documentation, diagramming, and code generation to build scalable, secure solutions
Proven experience as a System Architect, Design Architect, or Technical Lead
Strong knowledge of microservices, containers/Kubernetes, observability, monitoring, and security/compliance frameworks

Nice-to-Have

Strong backend expertise (Java, Python, REST APIs), databases (Postgres, MySQL, MariaDB, NoSQL), and DevOps/CI-CD automation
Ability to rapidly build PoCs using AI-generated components, with flexibility to meet evolving production timelines
