Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple complex, high-value wireless telecoms infrastructure projects concurrently, ensuring performance against time, cost, quality, and safety targets
Act as the senior escalation point for project issues, coordinating resolution with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
Implement consistent project governance, controls, and reporting, including KPIs, RAID logs, and risk mitigation across the full project lifecycle
Maintain strong client-facing relationships, leading reviews, presentations, and performance discussions with senior customer stakeholders
Oversee and support project financial performance, ensuring cost control and forecasting accuracy, while working closely with commercial and Quantity Survey teams (QS retains P&L and financial ownership)
Provide leadership and direction to project teams, supporting capability development, performance management, and continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with Telent and client QEHS standards, including site safety, contractor management, and governance reviews
Support bid and mobilisation activity where required, contributing to project plans, methodology, and risk assessments
Requirements
Proven experience as a (Senior) Project Manager delivering complex, multi-project programmes within wireless telecoms, wireless infrastructure, or a similarly regulated environment
Strong capability in project reporting, data collation, and senior-level presentations, with confidence using tools such as PowerPoint and Microsoft Office / Microsoft Excel for data analysis
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and customer relationships, acting as a trusted escalation point
Sound understanding of project financials, cost control, and forecasting
Excellent skills in leading a team, with the ability to direct teams in complex delivery environments
Strong knowledge of Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards within project delivery
