About this role
Role Overview
Build and implement clear processes across inbound, outbound, partnerships, and retail
Define how the B2B team operates (planning, pipeline management, execution rhythm)
Own forecasting, reporting, and KPI tracking across all B2B activities
Lead and structure the B2B team with clear roles, ownership, and accountability
Run pipeline reviews, performance tracking, and execution follow-ups
Ensure consistent, on-time delivery across all B2B initiatives
Identify risks, performance gaps, and act proactively
Support growth of key channels and expansion into new markets
Requirements
Strong leadership experience in B2B, sales, or commercial roles
Proven track record of building structured teams, processes, and systems
Experience with forecasting, reporting, and performance management
Ability to bring clarity and discipline into fast-growing environments
Strong ownership mindset with accountability for results
Comfortable working cross-functionally and aligning multiple stakeholders
Nice to have: Experience opening or scaling retail channels (EU, USA, AU)
Nice to have: Experience working across multiple markets
