Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and growth objectives
Leverage AI tools to ideate, generate, refine, and schedule content at scale
Own and manage the social content calendar across key platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok)
Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content using AI-driven insights
Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams on campaigns, launches, and initiatives
Define best practices for AI usage, tone of voice, and content governance
Stay current on AI advancements, platform updates, and social media best practices
Requirements
Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
Hands-on experience using AI tools for content creation, optimization, or performance analysis
Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana or similar);
candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies
Strong understanding of major social platforms, algorithms, and performance metrics
Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end social media initiatives
