You are the first point of contact for our in-house talents
You support the search for new collaboration partners, create proposals and handle incoming requests
You demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts as well as price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in implementation
You act as an interface between the talents and our partners, plan their engagements and ensure their well-being
You identify and recruit potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows
Together we help them work with a future-oriented approach and create new opportunities beyond being an artist

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
