About this role

You are the primary point of contact for our in-house talents
You support the search for new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts and price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You develop concepts and content formats together with the talents and support them in execution
You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, plan their engagements, and ensure their well-being
You identify and recruit potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all major social media networks and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
Highly creative and motivated
Fluent in German and good command of English, both written and spoken
