You assist in coordinating our in-house talents
You help source new cooperation partners, create proposals, and manage incoming inquiries
You develop your negotiation skills when dealing with contracts and price negotiations with vendors and service providers (cooperation partners)
You support the artist managers in developing concepts and content formats for talents and help bring these to life
You act as the interface between the talents and our partners, schedule their assignments, and ensure their well-being
You identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners as well as future formats and programs

At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media, or PR agency
Interest in and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities
Ideally experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
Strong creativity and motivation
Fluent in German and proficient in written and spoken English
