You assist with coordinating our in-house talent
You support the search for new collaboration partners, create proposals, and handle incoming inquiries
You develop your negotiation skills for contracts as well as price negotiations with vendors and service providers (collaboration partners)
You support the artist managers with concepts and content formats for talent and help bring them to life
You act as an interface between the talent and our partners, schedule their assignments, and ensure their well‑being
You identify and acquire potential new collaboration partners and future formats and productions

At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., at a digital, social media or PR agency
Interest in and a feel for the latest digital and consumer trends
Confident with major social media platforms and online communities
Ideally experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
High creativity and motivation
Fluent German and good command of English, spoken and written
