Change Manager, R&D Life Sciences – Contract

Role Overview

• Lead the end-to-end change approach for laboratory workflows and discovery processes, ensuring adoption across impacted teams
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communications, keeping senior leaders aligned and driving buy-in
• Deliver change readiness, impact assessments, and adoption plans (including training and resistance management)

Requirements

• An independent consultant
• 5+ years’ experience in change management, ideally gained within a consulting environment
• 1+ years’ experience in life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or R&D in other industries
