Contract Management: control the lifecycle of administrative and operational contracts (drafting, review, renewal and termination).
Goods, Services and Facilities: procurement of materials and equipment, contracting and supplier management, contract negotiations, and monitoring SLAs and performance.
Corporate Travel Management: quotations, reservations and ticket issuance for domestic and international travel, supplier negotiations, rebookings, reimbursements, and policy and budget control.
Corporate Platforms Management: administration of vehicle rentals, mobility apps and corporate cards, including usage monitoring, reporting and ensuring compliance.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related fields;
Intermediate to advanced English — will be tested;
Experience in corporate procurement;
Experience managing corporate travel;
Experience in contract and supplier management;
Experience managing corporate mobility and expense platforms;
Intermediate/advanced Excel (ability to generate analytical reports);
Knowledge of GDS systems — a plus;
Knowledge of IATA regulations — a plus;
Knowledge of mileage/airline loyalty systems — a plus;
Basic knowledge of expense auditing and compliance — a plus.
