About this role
Role Overview
Responsible for purchasing for the defined project portfolio
Drive all project-related purchasing activities
Manage purchasing from concept phase through production (PPAP)
Coordinate with various departments to achieve set objectives
Forecast supplier capacity and perform market analyses to support innovation
Manage supplier contracts and follow-up with the commodity team
Lead sourcing meetings for supplier selection
Ensure replacement and updating of parts during project phases
Define and implement the sourcing strategy
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics, procurement/purchasing, or equivalent
Proven experience in project management or strategic procurement
Experience in a technical field: mechanical, electronic, or similar
IPMA Level D certification
Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
Strong knowledge of MS Office suite and experience with an ERP system
Ability to work in a team, versatility, and process management skills
