As a member of this team, you will make our range of responsible investment products one of the very best on the market.
Convert our highly qualified prospect base into clients and retain our active members.
Ensure the quality of our product offering and position Green-Got as a reference player in investment.
This will require setting up financial and extra-financial monitoring, constantly searching for new solutions, mastering all the subtleties of our investment vehicles and being able to guide clients according to their profiles.
You will join a team of five people; your scope of action will be broad and your tasks varied.
Business development: Actively contribute to growing the client portfolio by identifying new investment opportunities.
Support and retain our existing investor clients by proposing personalized solutions tailored to their wealth objectives.
Proactively grow the existing portfolio by targeting high-value outreach.
Offer our investment funds (UCITS/OPCVM) and our investment solutions to major wealth management networks and family offices.
Contact: Answer questions from our members and prospective members across our different channels (email, in-app chat, website chat, phone);
Collect and forward any missing supporting documents and additional information required to subscribe to contracts;
Serve as the main liaison between Green-Got and its partners when exchanging member documents and information, and ensure follow-up on cases;
Financial engineering: Continuously evolve our methodology to offer the most competitive investment products on the market (financial and extra-financial criteria).
Actively monitor portfolio performance and recommend solutions to optimize contract returns and safeguard our clients.
Develop and implement new investment products (structured products, creation of Green-Got funds, PER — French retirement savings plan, securities accounts, savings accounts and many others).
Requirements
You have completed studies in finance, sustainable finance and/or wealth management and have 2 to 4 years of experience in a wealth management firm, asset management or banking.
Financial investments hold no secrets for you and you enjoy spending time analyzing UCITS (OPCVM) funds.
You are an excellent communicator; you are not afraid to contact, follow up and follow up again with your interlocutors.
Closing deals is a challenge that excites you.
You have excellent analytical skills and enjoy solving new problems.
You are the go-to person on financial matters for those around you — they consult you when needed and you love explaining your profession.
You have excellent writing skills and are extremely rigorous.
You are comfortable with the unknown and the requirement to learn every day.

You are motivated — very, very motivated.
You have a good level of English. Some of our discussions are in English; we have and will have more non-French-speaking members in the future.
