Role Overview
- Elicit, analyze and document business and system requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Support scope definition, prioritization of requests and tracking of deliveries.
- Assist in the preparation of functional documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and support the team in understanding business rules.
Requirements
- Solid experience as a Systems Analyst in technology projects within the financial domain.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for databases.
- Experience in requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Experience working with agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
- Good communication skills for interacting with business areas and technical teams.
- Analytical ability and a product/business-oriented mindset.
