Join Pacific Health Division as a Clinical Supervisor & Licensed Therapist, where you will deliver expert, trauma-informed care through a dual focus on direct clinical practice and professional mentorship.
This role is responsible for providing BBS-compliant supervision to associate clinicians while maintaining a personal caseload of clients.
By combining high-level diagnostic assessment, crisis intervention, and treatment planning with rigorous clinical oversight, the Supervisor ensures all services meet the highest standards of ethics, regulatory compliance, and therapeutic excellence.
Provide 6–8 hours of weekly direct supervision, guiding associate therapists in professional growth and clinical identity.
Perform weekly chart reviews to ensure clinical documentation meets ethical, legal, and quality standards.
Apply deep understanding of California laws, patient rights, and BBS regulations to protect both the client and the organization.
Requirements
Must hold a current, unrestricted license with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC. Must be eligible to provide clinical supervision per BBS requirements (minimum 2 years post-licensure).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write and interpret complex clinical information accurately and concisely.

Data Management: Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) for tracking caseloads
Collaboration Tools: High responsiveness via Gmail, instant messaging, and video conferencing platforms
Operating Systems: Mastery of Windows and Google Suite-based environments
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage competing priorities, facilitate crisis interventions, and handle multiple supervisory and clinical tasks concurrently.
