Role Overview
Develop, maintain and evolve automated tests on HiL test benches for validation of ADAS systems.
Execute manual and automated tests according to defined validation plans and strategies for ADAS functions.
Perform vehicle communication analysis on CAN, CAN FD and Automotive Ethernet networks, including monitoring, signal interpretation and fault diagnosis.
Configure and operate test and validation tools (e.g., CANoe, vTESTstudio, network analysis and diagnostic tools).
Serve as the team’s technical focal point for ADAS functions, supporting technical decisions, test scope definition and requirements analysis.
Analyze failures found during testing, perform debugging together with development teams and follow up on fixes until final validation.
Prepare and update technical test reports, including evidence, requirements traceability and validation status.
Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes, automation and validation coverage on HiL.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Automation, Computer Science or related fields).
Solid experience as a Validation or Automotive Test Analyst, preferably in ADAS projects.
Advanced knowledge of HiL testing, including test-bench architecture, integration and test automation.
Proven experience in test automation (e.g., CANoe, vTESTstudio, CAPL and/or test scripts).
Strong knowledge of automotive networks: CAN, CAN FD and Ethernet.
Ability to analyze failures, interpret logs, signals and vehicle communication messages.
Experience in developing test strategies, validation plans and technical reports.
Proactive, analytical profile, with technical autonomy and the ability to act as a technical reference within the team.
Desirable knowledge of ADAS-related standards and concepts (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE, functional and safety requirements).
Advanced English for reading documentation and communicating with global teams.
