About this role
Role Overview
- Support and enhance the Ipiranga Management Model, ensuring governance, smooth process flow, clarity of KPIs and structuring information to support corporate decision-making across areas.
- Map, review and standardize corporate processes and critical area routines.
- Participate in governance of the management model, monitoring KPIs, action plans, targets and management rituals of the Vice Presidencies.
- Develop and consolidate executive materials for the Board and Vice Presidency at Ipiranga.
- Facilitate and support forums, management rituals and cross-functional alignments.
- Perform data analysis, consolidate information and extract insights to support strategic decisions.
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as Lean, PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, etc.
- Manage multiple simultaneous demands with clarity, prioritization and structured documentation.
- Support corporate projects, company-wide integration and the operational excellence agenda.
Requirements
- Experience in Management, Processes, Strategy, PMO, Quality, Change Management or related areas.
- Clear communication and ability to synthesize information.
- Organized, able to prioritize and disciplined in execution.
- Systems thinking and analytical mindset.
- Maturity to interact with senior leadership.
- Autonomy, proactivity and a collaborative attitude.
- Flexibility to handle change and competing schedules.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Power BI (desirable).
- BPMN, SIPOC, Lean, PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa and other continuous improvement tools.
- Knowledge of target-driven management, KPIs and process governance.
- Basic project management and PMO knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems or related fields.
